Welcome to Easley Combined Utilities
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about us. We like to think we are more than just an electric, water and wastewater utility provider. We are part of the Easley community and take great pride in providing reliable, quality service to our neighbors and surrounding community.
Since 1911, the Commission has provided the necessary infrastructure that has helped facilitate much of the growth enjoyed by the City of Easley and its surrounding area. We will continue to meet these and many more challenges in the years ahead.
Our Mission
The mission of Easley Combined Utilities is to provide a reliable supply of water, wastewater, and electrical service, at the best possible value, to the residents of Easley, South Carolina, and surrounding areas.

Easley Combined Utilities is pleased to offer you Energy Depot®, a set of online tools and resources to help you better understand and manage your home energy use and costs. You can use Energy Depot to:
- Receive a personalized energy profile with an estimate of your energy costs for each home energy system/appliance group.
- Learn specific things you can do to reduce energy use and how much you can save.
- Complete a do-it-yourself home energy audit and receive your report online.
