ECU provides electricity to nearly 12,940 residential and commercial customers throughout the City of Easley.

Water
ECU’s water department serves approximately 13,190 retail customers and 4 wholesale water districts.

Sewer
The wastewater treatment department provides sanitary sewer services to approximately 9600 customers in and around the Easley area. The Commission operated three wastewater treatment plants.
