This reference timeline provides the timeline of a power outage; and the estimated times of restoration.

Based on historical data, ECU can provide estimated average times for restoration of services during a power outage. Keep in mind that our crews strive to arrive between 25 and 45 minutes following an outage notification. The average time for restoration ranges from one hour to three hours depending on the size and time of the outage – these averages are based on routine outages, not catastrophic events.
